How to Get Rid of a Double Chin Fast

Curl the fingers of your hands into half fists but keep your palms relaxed. Place these half-fist under your jaw-line positioning them so that the little fingers on both hands touch each other under your chin. Push your jaw down against your hands.

Contract the neck and chin muscles so that the chin pushes down against your fists. Hold in that position for 10 seconds and then relax your muscles. Now move your hands apart so that your fists are positioned on your jaw line sideways. Again contract the muscles and push down your jaw against your fists and hold for 10 seconds.

Repeat this exercise regularly and reduce the puffiness and sagginess around your jaw, reducing the double chin and restoring your younger and defined face.
