  • 2 tbsp. of rosemary leaves (30 g)

3. Turmeric and ginger tea

  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)
  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder
  • honey (to taste)
  • ginger (to taste)

Preparation:

  • Boil the water in a pot and add a pinch of turmeric and ginger.

4. Lemongrass essential oil

Lemongrass is one of the best plants to treat Helicobacter pylori. The bacteria have yet to show any resistance to the plant’s components.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)
  • 20 or 30 drops of lemongrass essential oil

Preparation:

  • Dilute 20 or 30 drops of the oil in the cup of water. You can drink this after every meal.
  • You can also make an infusion with lemon grass leaves.
