Turmeric Tea – Cures More Than 50 Diseases

Many of the ingredients used in this turmeric tea have been proven to help in the prevention of many deadly diseases such as cancer, dementia and much more.

Honey, considered one of the sweetest and healthiest food on the planet, honey is the main ingredient that will make this whole recipe taste good. Just make sure not to abuse it.

Ingredients:

  • tbsp of turmeric
  • half a tbsp of ginger
  • half a tbsp of cinnamon
  • half a tbsp of clove
  • a pinch of cardamom
  • a glass and a half of water
  • half a glass of milk (almond milk for vegans)

Mix all ingredients and pour a glass and a half of hot water, and if you do not have grounded spices you have to let it boil and cook it for five minutes. Stir everything well and if you want, you can add hot milk. You should not strain the turmeric tea and you should drink it during the entire day in unlimited quantities.
