Natural Remedy Against Joint Pain – Red Hot Chili Peppers Oil

Ingredients needed:

  • 10 fresh red hot chili peppers
  • 2 cups of cold-pressed olive oil
  • 1 liter Glass jar


Wash the peppers, cut the handles and grind them into a meat grinding machine. You will get one cup of grounded mixture. Place it in a clean glass jar and pour the olive oil inside. Leave the jar in a dark place. After 7 days strain the mixture through gauze or plastic strainer.

How to use the oil against joint pain

First of all apply the oil to the sore joints or other body parts that are in pain. Massage yourself several times during the day. Once you rub it, wear warm socks or tights, if you apply it on the legs or feet. Heat up the other parts of the body, depending on the location of the pain – arms, neck, back.

After applying the oil, you will feel a skin burning sensation, but it would be bearable, even enjoyable, because the oil will deeply warm the skin without causing burns.

Over time you can change the intensity of application of the oil. After a month or two, do this procedure once a week, if the pain appears again. Keep the oil in a dark place.
